Linda Mastervich, President and founder, has been involved in the construction process for nearly 30 years. She understands the components that go into creating a structure that will withstand the elements and keep its occupants safe and comfortable with an eye on the cost effectiveness of the materials used versus the utility and energy costs to generate and sustain this level of comfort. Four years ago she began studying the Infrared Imaging technology known as Thermography. This science, and its potential in the building industry, soon compelled her to join the ranks of Certifiied Thermographers and concentrate on its application in the housing industry as a tool for diagnosing poor energy efficiency in the building envelope. Linda is now an ITC Certified Infrared Thermographer with both BSI and Level 1 certifications, #22388, from FLIR Systems in Boston, Massachusetts. In addition, she is an analyst certified by Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET) and approved to perform the home inspections that qualify for the Virginia Energy Efficiency Rebate Program.
